Mallris Tech Care Terms
Customer-facing terms for Mallris Tech Care monthly technology support and repair discount membership.
Important Notice
Mallris Tech Care is a monthly technology support and repair discount membership. It is not insurance, not a manufacturer warranty, not an extended warranty and not a full device replacement plan.
Plans
- Basic: $9.99/month with diagnostics, basic priority, setup help, selected accessory discounts and 10% eligible repair discount.
- Premium: $14.99/month with stronger support, Fast Track priority and up to 25% eligible repair discounts.
- Family: $24.99/month for one household, up to 4 registered household devices and up to 20% eligible repair discounts.
Automatic Billing
When checkout is activated, membership will bill monthly until canceled. Customers will authorize recurring monthly billing through the secure payment processor.
30-Day Waiting Period
Major repair assistance benefits begin after 30 days of active paid membership. This helps prevent fraud and keeps the program affordable for members.
Exclusions
Mallris Tech Care does not cover lost devices, stolen devices, intentional damage, blacklisted devices, severe liquid damage, unauthorized repair damage, pre-existing damage, unlimited repairs, full device replacement, data loss, carrier bills or third-party charges.
Family Plan Limits
Family Plan benefits apply to one household and up to 4 registered household devices. Major repair assistance may be limited to 2 eligible repair events per year for the household. Additional devices may require separate approval or an added fee.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for backing up their data before service whenever possible. Mallris is not responsible for lost data, lost files, lost photos, lost contacts, account lockouts or third-party platform restrictions.
No Insurance or Replacement Guarantee
Mallris Tech Care provides access to support, discounts, priority and selected benefits. It does not guarantee unlimited repairs, free repairs, replacement devices, reimbursement, lost/stolen coverage or full damage coverage.
