Products may be sold as:

Open-box
Used / Refurbished
The condition of each product is always disclosed before purchase.
Final Sale Items
For safety and fairness, the following items are considered final sale (non-returnable), unless defective at the time of purchase:
SIM cards, activations, refills, and service plans
Digital products, gift cards, software, and license codes
Opened or used accessories (earbuds, cases, screen protectors, cables, chargers)
Clearance, open-box, refurbished, and “Final Sale” items (when marked)
Returns – Online Orders
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
Items must be in original condition and packaging
Proof of purchase required
If a product is returned damaged, incomplete, or misused, a restocking fee may apply or the return may be declined.
Returns – In-Store Purchases
Returns accepted within 7 days of purchase
Original receipt required
Product must be in original condition
Some items may be eligible for store credit instead of refunds.
Defective Products
If your product has a defect:
Report it within 48 hours of purchase or delivery
We will work with you to provide a fair solution: replacement, repair, store credit, or refund (depending on the case)
Warranties
