30-day waiting period
Major repair assistance begins after 30 days of active paid membership. During the first 30 days, members may still receive available basic support such as diagnostics, setup guidance, selected accessory discounts and general support.
What is not covered
Lost devices, stolen devices, intentional damage, blacklisted devices, severe liquid damage, unauthorized repair damage, unlimited repairs, full replacement guarantees, data loss, carrier bills and third-party charges are not covered.

By joining Mallris Tech Care, customers authorize monthly recurring billing for the selected plan until canceled. Benefits are subject to plan rules, exclusions, limits, device eligibility, parts availability and a 30-day waiting period for major repair assistance. Family Plan benefits are limited to eligible registered household devices. Mallris Tech Care is not insurance, not a warranty and not a full replacement plan.
