English: Pay Bill / Phone Refill payments are final and non-refundable once submitted or processed to the carrier. Mallris processes the payment as a prepaid refill service.
If the wrong carrier, phone number, or amount is entered, or if the amount does not fully cover the customer’s carrier plan, the service may not be restored. After Mallris sends the payment to the phone company, any service dispute, credit, or refund request must be handled directly with the carrier. Mallris processing/service fees are non-refundable.
